Browse camera photos directly from your memory card on iPhone or iPad. Camie supports iOS 17 or later.

Getting started

  1. Connect a compatible memory card reader and insert your card. Lightning devices may need a compatible powered adapter.
  2. Open Camie. If the card does not appear automatically, use the card-opening control and select the card or photo folder in the system picker.
  3. Browse, mark favorites, select photos, then share or save them to Photos.

Browsing, favorites, Trash and Recover leave your originals unchanged. Favorites are stored in the app. On supported sources, emptying Trash permanently deletes originals after a separate confirmation; this cannot be undone in Camie.

Photos, RAW and metadata

Matching RAW and JPEG files in the same folder appear together. When exporting a pair, choose RAW or JPEG. Supported RAW previews and metadata depend on the camera format and available embedded preview. Not every camera or RAW variant is supported.

Card or photos not appearing?

Check that your reader and adapter are compatible, the card is readable in Files or through the reader, and the selected folder contains photos. Reconnect the reader and reopen Camie. Large cards can take time to index. Never format a card to troubleshoot Camie without a separate verified backup.

Saving and sharing

Allow Camie to add photos when iOS requests Photos permission. You can change this in iOS Settings. Exports retain original file contents and may include location or other EXIF metadata. Review the recipient or destination before sharing. Keep the card connected until the export finishes. Camie does not format or eject the card.

Trial, purchase and restore

The 30-day trial starts when you first open Camie and never automatically charges you. After the trial, a one-time lifetime purchase is required for all card-reading features. There is no subscription. The purchase sheet shows your local App Store price. In Settings, open Lifetime Access to purchase, restore a purchase or redeem an eligible Apple code. Restore with the same Apple Account used to buy Camie. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Report an issue

Open Settings → Report Issue to send feedback. Available diagnostics are attached by default and can be turned off. Nothing is uploaded until you send. Reports exclude photos, filenames and camera serial numbers and are scheduled for deletion after 90 days.

Contact support

Email support@getpickology.com. Include your Camie and iOS versions, device, card reader, camera model/file type, and what happened. Do not send original photos, GPS metadata, passwords, Apple receipts or payment information unless necessary and you choose to share them.

RAW 與 JPEG

同資料夾中對應的 RAW 與 JPEG 會合併顯示，匯出時可選 RAW 或 JPEG。預覽與資訊支援取決於相機格式和內嵌預覽，並非所有 RAW 變體皆可支援。

無法讀卡或匯出

確認讀卡器、轉接器相容，記憶卡可透過「檔案」或讀卡器讀取，並已選取包含照片的資料夾。重新連接並開啟 App；大量照片需要索引時間。沒有另存且驗證過的備份前，不要為了解決問題而格式化記憶卡。

儲存照片需要允許新增至「照片」，可於 iOS 設定調整。匯出保留原始內容，可能包含 GPS／EXIF。分享前請確認目的地，完成前保持記憶卡連接。Camie 不提供格式化或退出記憶卡功能。

試用與購買

首次開啟起試用 30 天，不會自動扣款；期滿後所有讀卡功能需要一次性終生買斷，沒有訂閱。價格以 App Store 當地售價為準。「設定」的終生使用權項目可購買、回復購買或兌換適用的 Apple 代碼。回復購買請使用原購買的 Apple 帳號；付款與退款由 Apple 處理。

回報問題

開啟「設定」→「回報問題」傳送意見。可用診斷預設會附上，也可關閉；按下傳送後才會上傳。回報不含照片、檔名或相機序號，並排程於 90 天後刪除。

寄信至 support@getpickology.com，提供 App／iOS 版本、裝置、讀卡器、相機／檔案類型及問題描述。請勿主動附上私密照片、GPS、密碼、收據或付款資料。
